Never Too Late Farm Private Membership Association Agreement
The Never Too Late Farm Private Membership Association (“Association”) is a private association of individuals who voluntarily join together to support responsible land stewardship, regenerative agriculture and traditional food production. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily becoming a member of the Never Too Late Farm Private Membership Association. I understand that:
– The Association is a private membership organization operating under the rights of free speech, belief, and association protected by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.
– The Association is not a public retail business and does not offer goods or services to the public.
– All goods, services, education, and exchanges occur exclusively within the private membership of the Association. – Members may have access to farm-produced foods, beverages, agricultural resources, education, and other activities shared within the membership including eggs, poultry, vegetables, fruits, honey, herbs, fermented or traditionally prepared foods, farm-produced beverages (including coffee), seeds, plants, soil resources, and agricultural education.
– I understand that foods available through the Association may include raw, fermented, traditionally prepared, or minimally processed foods, and I voluntarily accept responsibility for my personal food choices.
– Participation in Association activities is voluntary. I assume responsibility for risks associated with agricultural environments or food consumption.
– To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Never Too Late Farm, the Association, and its members from liability arising from participation in Association activities.
– I agree to respect the private nature of this Association and not distribute Association materials publicly without permission.
Members acknowledge that additional policies, agreements, and participation terms may apply to specific Association programs, subscriptions, or product shares and are incorporated as part of the membership relationship.
